The launchpad credits the fee to the vault but never pushes it. Anyone can call
harvest() to pull it in — there is no privileged caller.

The vault has no owner, no admin and no withdrawal function. Its only two state-changing
functions are harvest() and harvestNative() — there is no code path
that moves a share out of it, for anybody. The cost of that is real: anything sent there by
mistake is gone for good.
