Three moving parts. No staking, no lockup, no promise to pay you anything.
-
01
You trade $GTABANK
$GTABANK lives on a Pons bonding curve. Every buy and every sell pays a creator fee — set at launch, capped by the factory at 10%.
-
02
The fee arrives as stock
The curve is quoted in TTWO, the tokenized Take-Two share, so the fee is paid in shares rather than converted into them.
-
03
The vault holds
Shares pile up in one address that only ever receives. The counter on the vault page is that address's balance, straight from the chain.
In detail
Why there is no swap
A treasury that promises to buy a stock usually has to go and buy it: a router, a pool, a price feed, slippage, and a trusted hand on the trigger. A venue does exist here — a Uniswap v4 pool holds some of the few hundred TTWO tokenized on this chain — but it is thin, and routing a treasury through it every few minutes would move the price against itself.
What does exist is the launchpad's own plumbing. Pons pays the creator fee in the curve's quote asset, so quoting the curve in a tokenized share means the fee is already stock the moment it is credited. The vault never trades. It only collects.
Rewards
There are none, and that is the design. The creator fee does not pay holders — it buys shares that stay in the vault. Nothing is distributed, nothing is claimable, and no yield is promised. What you get instead is a treasury whose balance anyone can verify onchain at any moment.
Why anyone can harvest
Fees are credited to the vault inside the launchpad's escrow, and the escrow never pushes —
the recipient has to pull. A plain wallet would sit there while the fees piled up untouched.
The vault's harvest() does the pulling, and it is open to any caller, so keeping
the vault topped up never depends on one particular person showing up.
Why nothing can leave
The vault has no owner, no admin key, no rescue hatch, no approve and no
transfer. Its only two state-changing functions are harvest() and
harvestNative(). The promise is kept by the absence of the function rather than
by a policy someone could change — and the cost is real: anything sent there by mistake is
gone for good.
What happens at graduation
A Pons curve graduates into a locked pool once it fills. The creator fee keeps accruing to the same recipient afterwards, so the vault keeps filling; nothing about the mechanism depends on the curve phase.
Every number on that page is an eth_call made when the page loads. Nothing is
cached, nothing is typed in by hand.
$GTABANK is a memecoin. The vault backs the story, not a claim: holding $GTABANK gives you no right to the shares, no dividend and no redemption. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. or Rockstar Games.
